Playing with Benita and CarlaKate and I had some friends over after work on Wednesday and we had so much fun. Kate entertained us with her crawling and standing and babbles. She even enjoyed a true girls night happy hour with a martini (sippy cup with water) and appetizers (Gerber poofs). Mrs. Carla put her pearls on Kate and she didn't even try to eat them! I think she liked her classy look.

Daycare told me this week that Kate will be moving up to the next room at the end of the month. While I know it is time and absolutely appropriate, I am really sad about it. My baby is growing up. It seems like she is doing new things every day and is getting so big. Everyone tells you they grow up so fast but I didn't believe it.
